Block Party: The Forever Homecoming

It's been a long 7 years... waiting to have a place to truly call "Home" at the Community Farm. A place where we can offer our programs during the winter months and expand opportunities that serve over 600 families with and without disabilities who attend the farm. NOW, the time has come... we broke ground on the Forever Homestead project back in February 2023 and have since raised $842,000. The House will be ready by October 7, 2023 and we shall celebrate with a Forever Homecoming and Block Party to share with everyone!

Although the house will be complete, there are still funds to be raised to meet our goal. We need your help more than ever before!

• All "Sponsorships" are Fully Tax Deductible Donations going directly towards the House Project and its programs that launch November 1st. Sponsors receive early access to the event for the first look tour of the house, and all food and drinks are available with your sponsorship.
• General Admission Tickets are $25 / and includes live entertainment & interactive activities. Food, drinks and swag can be purchased for an additional fee.

Event Details:

• This event will be an experience you won't want to miss! We are going to show you everything the farm has to offer; including activities to keep you busy all evening! Food and drinks will be located around the property, with live music hosted on the Barn Stage.

Event Schedule:

3pm: Sponsors of the event are invited for a 3pm Cocktail Hour & Forever Homestead House Tour.

5pm: Block Party Starts!

• Music by Thurlow. on the Barn Stage, food trucks & drinks open and stationed activities around the farm are open.

6:30pm: Special Announcement

7pm - 10pm: Block Party Continues!

• Music by Me & The Boyz
• Stationed activities are open until from 8pm
• Shuttle service starts again at 7pm until 10:30pm

Parking:

As you may know, parking at Homesteads for Hope is limited to about 150 vehicles which includes the lawn. We are saving parking at the farm for Handicap Parking and Sponsors ONLY.

General Admission Guests are to park at Total Sports Experience located at 880 Elmgrove Road Rochester NY 14624, and shuttle buses will bring you to the farm ongoingly from 5pm to 10:30pm
